Delivery and refund policy

Nationwide

• All nationwide orders are shipped through LBC. Standardized rates apply. Please know that waybill numbers are sent via SMS or email.

• Handling concerns via LBC and local couriers does not fall under our liability. No refund or exchange policy is implemented.

• 7-14 days shipment process with ₱400 starting rate. We do not guarantee an exact delivery time or date.

Metro Manila

• Metro Manila delivery shipping fee starts at ₱250, with a 24-48-hour processing time, and will be handled by Lalamove.

• No pick-ups are available.

NOTE: WE DO NOT GUARANTEE EXACT DELIVERY TIME. No refund or exchange policy is implemented. LBC or Lalamove damages won't be shouldered by us or them unless paid for by insurance.
